In this leadership role, you will steer our web strategy and shape the future direction of our digital offerings. As the Director, Web Experience, your mission involves leading a dynamic team of digital product owners, optimization managers and technical content specialists, focused on developing and scaling within the Marketing division.

Your primary responsibilities include collaborating with product and marketing managers to forge a strategic plan and developmental path for ZoomInfo’s digital presence, emphasizing not just, but also additional properties like Your role is pivotal in driving business growth, enhancing brand recognition, improving user engagement, and fostering positive user feedback. You will work closely with fellow Digital team heads (Web Engineering and Marketing Operations), along with teams in Product Marketing, Growth & Optimization, Content & Communications, Creative, and Business Technology to craft and execute comprehensive quarterly and yearly strategies. These strategies will be centered on delivering exceptional user experiences, underpinned by data analysis and user feedback. You will ensure that creativity and craftsmanship are prominent in our offerings, guaranteeing a top-tier user experience. Your role also involves aligning with other product and growth leaders at ZoomInfo to ensure a consistent and seamless user journey, achieving the best possible outcomes for our users and maintaining an unified approach across various teams. Additionally, you will nurture and lead a cooperative team, eager to collaborate with you, by supporting their projects and accelerating their professional growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Maximizing business impact and customer growth/retention through the corporate website
  • Collaboratively work with your team to refine our web architecture, strategic planning, and content directionnurture and lead a cooperative team, eager to collaborate with you, by supporting their projects and accelerating their professional growth.
  • Mentor individuals responsible for ecommerce, conversational marketing, content management, and conversion optimization, with a focus on user success in our digital ecosystem
  • Lead and drive business metrics and objectives, in collaboration with Sales & Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams
  • Guide dedicated experimentation and ecommerce teams to perfectly balance engaging user experiences with effective conversion strategies, aligning with our overarching goals
  • Influence strategic decisions impacting the entirety of our web presence
  • Engage in both broad, conceptual projects and detailed, tactical tasks

What You'll Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in leading web strategy and 8+ years in a managerial role. Relevant background includes web product management and strategy, web and growth marketing, or creative technology leadership
  • Proven leadership in evolving digital experiences, including conducting customer insight research, analyzing channel effectiveness, managing roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, and committee leadership, with a history of surpassing business targets in web domains
  • Demonstrated skill in articulating product strategy, roadmaps, web architecture, and detailed specifications through clear documentation and effective visual presentation
  • Expert knowledge in SEO, A/B, and multivariate testing, with a history of educating colleagues on their importance and application

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.
