Role Overview
The Strategy Execution & Organizational Performance team is seeking a mid-level Director – Visual Storytelling and Executive Presentations to support the development of high-impact executive presentations. This role is responsible for transforming outlines, draft content, and rough inputs into polished, compelling PowerPoint presentations using firm and client templates.
The ideal candidate is a PowerPoint expert with a strong eye for design, structure, and executive-level storytelling, and brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to presentation development.
This role supports internal firm initiatives, client-facing deliverables, and business development client pitches, and works closely with internal leadership to incorporate feedback and refine materials.
Responsibilities
Translate outlines, draft content, and rough inputs into clear, compelling, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
Develop high-impact presentation materials for:
Internal firm initiatives
Client-facing deliverables
Business development and client pitch presentations
Apply firm and client PowerPoint templates with precision and consistency
Structure slides to tell a clear, logical story for senior executive audiences
Create high-quality charts, frameworks, and visuals to communicate complex ideas effectively
Demonstrate expert-level PowerPoint capability, including slide masters, custom layouts, complex formatting, and animations
Incorporate feedback from internal leadership efficiently and accurately
Collaborate closely with Strategy team leadership to refine messaging and presentation flow
Provide light mentoring and quality review support to junior resources, as needed
Requirements
7–10 years of professional experience in presentation development, executive communications, or visual storytelling
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including:
Slide master and template management
Advanced charting and data visualization
Custom layouts, formatting, and animations
Executive-level written communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise messages
Fluent spoken English and strong professional communication skills
Ability to work with partial overlap with U.S. business hours
Education: Bachelor’s degree required in business, communications, design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Prior consulting experience (e.g., strategy, Big 4, or boutique consulting)
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and charts
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar)
Experience supporting senior leadership, strategy teams, or business development efforts
Working Model
Based in Gurgaon, India
Full-time role within the Strategy team
Offshore delivery role with close collaboration with internal leadership
Internal delivery role with no direct client interaction
