Job Title: Director, Vendor Management
The RoleAs Director of Enterprise Vendor Management, you will oversee a portfolio of Fidelity vendors, ensuring compliance with the Vendor Management Oversight Policy and alignment with Fidelity’s strategic objectives. This individual contributor role focuses on driving vendor intelligence, performance, value, and risk management for enterprise-level and strategic suppliers.
You will build a deep understanding of vendor products across Fidelity, assess vendor-related risks, monitor performance and contract adherence, create vendor scorecards, and partner with business units to develop strategies that align with enterprise goals. Your work will strengthen decision-making across the vendor landscape and elevate the strategic influence of our center of excellence.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring5+ years of experience in Vendor Management or Procurement; experience with vendors supporting Financial Services is a plus.
Hands-on experience managing vendors with complex use cases.
Strong data-driven and fact-based problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights for leadership.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and influence internal stakeholders.
Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering accurate, timely results.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, encourage innovative ideas, and maintain a results-driven mindset.

The TeamThe Enterprise Vendor Management organization serves as a center of excellence, partnering across Fidelity to ensure strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and value delivery from our vendor relationships. You will collaborate closely with business units, procurement, vendor risk, cybersecurity, and other key stakeholders to develop and execute vendor strategies that support Fidelity’s enterprise objectives.
Certifications:Category:RiskMost roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
