Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Technology & Data Solutions (TDS) organization designs and scales secure, intelligent platforms that power client service delivery across our global real estate portfolio. TDS builds modern technology ecosystems that integrate data, digital experiences, and AI driven capabilities to streamline operations, unlock insights, and elevate the client and occupant experience.

As a Product Leader within V&A Technology, you will own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of best in class, internally built products that enable Valuations & Advisory (V&A) teams and clients to execute day to day real estate work with greater speed, efficiency, and insight. These products span workflow enablement, operational tooling, data intelligence, and emerging AI powered agents.

Reporting directly to the Director, Head of V&A Technology, this role operates at the intersection of product leadership, enterprise technology, and business outcomes. You will lead a product team—which may include direct reports such as solution managers and/or business analysts—manage strategic vendors, and partner deeply across TDS, the V&A Business, and delivery organizations to turn complex real estate operations into scalable digital products with measurable impact.
The mission: build and scale intelligent, secure, and adoption driven products that transform how V&A and clients deliver work every day.

Role Summary

The Director, V&A Product is accountable for the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for one or more strategic V&A technology platforms—from vision and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and long‑term value realization.

This role goes beyond traditional product ownership. You will:

  • Lead and mentor product managers and delivery partners
  • Direct cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise‑grade tools
  • Drive AI‑enabled innovation through partnerships with Engineering, Data, and Business Intelligence teams
  • Serve as a senior interface between business leadership and the TDS enterprise

You will also lead vendor relationships and influence technology contracts, ensuring partners deliver high‑quality outcomes aligned to product strategy, security standards, and cost expectations.

  • Balance near‑term delivery with long‑term platform sustainability, scalability, and interoperability across the TDS ecosystem.
  • Identify opportunities to productize internal capabilities into reusable, scalable solutions across service lines and clients.
  • Hold final decision-making authority over product vision, priorities, and roadmap decisions, while sharing influence over technology direction with the V&A Technology leader and architects.

Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product team, setting clear expectations, standards, and outcomes.
  • Create strong operating rhythms across product discovery, delivery, and release management.
  • Provide clarity and direction that enables engineering, data, and design teams to deliver predictably and with high quality.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Execution & Delivery

  • Drive delivery across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs.

  • Ensure AI‑enabled solutions are secure, explainable, and aligned to enterprise data governance and privacy standards.
  • Champion telemetry‑driven product management—using usage data, performance metrics, and insights to continuously improve products.
  • Partner with the Services business AI leader on AI deployment and opportunity identification, while retaining product decision‑making authority.
