Evolves design methodologies and processes to keep up with changing industry trends, tools, and technologies.• Creates and communicates the two- to three-year roadmap and vision for the UX team. Partners with stakeholders to ensure effective and inclusive process development.• Sets direction on the consistency and quality of work across a wide scope of projects varying in size from portfolio level to platform level.• Owns the attributes related to the user experience, including journey mapping, design style, content, and interaction.• Manages a two-way dialogue between the design team and leadership as well as technology and business partners.• Leads a team in support of achieving the company's mission. Manages performance and fosters an inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential.• Promotes UX within the company; builds a culture among peers and cross-functional partners where the organization expects a high level of quality and consistency across user experiences along with a track record of meeting customer expectations.
Required Qualifications: • 10 years of experience in UX design, product management, or related area• 5 years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility• Experience leading a large-scale team/project within an Agile environment• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
