Job Description
We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team and help create our first enterprise-grade AI native platform. You'll be instrumental in designing an intuitive, differentiated user experience that makes complex AI capabilities accessible to enterprise users while supporting our proven agency planning methodologies.
What You'll Do: Design end-to-end user experiences for our AI native enterprise product, from initial concept through final implementation. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create interfaces that simplify complex AI workflows while maintaining enterprise-level functionality. Your designs will translate our established agency planning approach into a seamless digital product experience that balances approachability for diverse user skill levels with the sophisticated capabilities our enterprise clients demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead UX research and user journey mapping for AI-powered workflows that align with our agency planning processes
Help us build our product brand identity leveraging a legacy brand
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate clear information architecture for complex planning scenarios
Develop and maintain a scalable design system that supports future product growth
Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across desktop and mobile platforms
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data insights
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and optimal implementation
Work with internal stakeholders to understand and translate agency workflows into intuitive product experiences
Have a POV on platform architecture that will yield the optimal user experience as we continue to introduce additional modules and functionality.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of UX/UI design experience creating enterprise grade with consumer facing products
Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design and systematic thinking
Experience designing for AI/ML products or data-heavy applications preferred
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail which is required for capturing feedback
Understanding of media planning, campaign management, or advertising is a plus

Salary Range
$180,000.00 - $230,000.00A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
