As we expand our global presence, we’re looking for a strategic and purpose-driven General Manager to lead our growth in the United Kingdom.
You’ll be responsible for driving the overall business strategy, growing brand awareness, and ensuring FIGS shows up in a way that’s locally relevant and globally aligned. You'll serve as the voice of the UK customer across the organization and partner closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Digital, Retail, and Community to ensure we’re delivering an experience that meets the needs of healthcare professionals across the country.

What You’ll Do:Drive Market Strategy- Drive the UK business strategy in alignment with global goals — identifying white space, deepening market penetration, and growing brand presence.
- Partner with the SVP, GM, International and cross-functional teams to shape market positioning, long-term growth plans, and commercial strategy.
- Guide brand and sales performance across the UK market — including Community, TEAMS (B2B), and future retail channels.
- Provide strategic input to ecommerce, digital, and marketing teams to ensure local insights inform global execution.
- Use market data and local trends to inform decisions around product assortment, pricing structure, promotions, inventory planning, and partnership opportunities (e.g., hospitals, brand partners, retail locations).
- Serve as the guardian of FIGS' brand in UK— ensuring we show up with cultural relevance, consistency, and care.
- Lead local brand efforts and storytelling to drive awareness and affinity — partnering with Brand and Creative teams to localize campaigns.
- Build relationships with healthcare institutions, community leaders, influencers, and local partners to drive awareness and affinity.
- Oversee physical retail experiences and pop-ups in the region, ensuring alignment with FIGS’ brand and customer expectations.
- Monitor and report on business performance, customer insights, and competitive trends.
- Influence cross-border alignment on systems, logistics, and fulfillment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Inform decisions on regional partners, vendors, and operational needs as we scale.
- 10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or business leadership roles — ideally within a DTC or omnichannel brand with international reach.
- Deep knowledge of the UK market and healthcare landscape, including consumer behavior and regional nuance.
- Proven experience driving brand and sales strategy, with a track record of execution across omnichannel environments.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience reporting on business performance and shaping strategy.
- People-first leadership style with experience managing and developing teams.
- Passion for healthcare, purpose-driven brands, and building something that matters.
- Bonus: Experience with global brands, influencer/community marketing or retail execution
