About the Role
Guardian Pharmacy is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Treasury to lead our treasury operations and support the financial strength of a rapidly growing, multi-location pharmacy organization.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of treasury management, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and payment operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring the organization maintains strong financial visibility and an optimal liquidity position while supporting the operational needs of our pharmacies across the country.
Working closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners, the Director of Treasury will enhance forecasting capabilities, strengthen treasury systems and processes, and drive operational efficiencies across the treasury function. You will also partner with external banking institutions and service providers to ensure strong financial controls and seamless service delivery.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the organization’s daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash flow, managing liquidity, and maintaining appropriate short-term funding resources.
- Develop and refine cash forecasting models (daily, weekly, and long-term) to support financial planning and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee treasury operations related to incoming receipts, payment processing, and cash reconciliation.
- Manage and strengthen banking relationships, ensuring the organization is maximizing available tools, services, and efficiencies.
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline treasury processes through improved workflows, automation, and technology solutions.
- Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, and operational leadership to ensure alignment between treasury operations and broader financial strategy.
- Oversee treasury systems and financial tools to support accurate reporting and efficient operations.
- Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Lead and develop members of the treasury team through coaching, mentorship, and clear performance goals.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers supporting treasury operations.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 10+ years of treasury, finance, or financial operations experience.
- Prior experience leading or managing treasury or finance teams.
- Strong background in cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and high-volume financial transaction environments.
- Experience working with banking partners and treasury systems to improve operational efficiency.
