Director, Treasury - 2052a Reporting

The Director is responsible for overseeing the FR 2052a program, which focuses on liquidity regulatory reporting. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage governance, change management, production, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The position involves collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting, as well as coaching and mentoring the external reporting team.
Job Function Description:

Ownership of governance over the FR 2052a program to ensure compliance with liquidity regulatory reporting requirements.

Lead efforts to transition from monthly to daily FR 2052a processing as part of scale readiness program.

Partner closely with Treasury, Risk Management, Information Technology, and other business partners for accurate and timely reporting.

Ensure monthly reporting is filed timely and accurately with the FRB, including reconciliations and controls.

Lead change and issues management, including identification, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.

Lead projects involving various teams and third-party vendors as required.

Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders including Senior Leaders, Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Regulators.

Support and strengthen sustainable liquidity regulatory reporting programs.

Facilitate committee meetings reviewing FR 2052a-related matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent field

12+ years; Banking or Financial Services Industry or related field
Skills and Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of regulatory rules including FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR, and Enhanced Prudential Standards/Reg YY.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills for communication with internal teams and vendors.

Strong analytical capabilities with clarity in summarizing complex problems.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

$131,250.00 USD
Maximum:
$230,000.00 USD
