The Director of Transformational Wellness is responsible for guiding guests through deeply healing, restorative, and elevating experiences that support whole-person alignment, mind, body, and spirit. This role is foundational to The Aerial, BVI’s mission of being the most transformative wellness destination in the world.

This is not just a job, it’s a calling. You’ll live what you lead, holding the healing standard for our guests, our team, and the island itself.

• Personally facilitate guest-facing wellness experiences including:
   
  • Guided breathwork
     
  • Meditation and visualization
     
  • Sound bowl healing
     
  • Yoga (gentle, trauma-informed, or performance-focused)
     
  • Therapeutic massage or other licensed healing modalities
     
• Meet with guests (pre- or post-arrival) to understand their needs and help create a personalized path of transformation
   
• Serve as a spiritual but grounded presence to help guests align with their purpose and release what no longer serves
   

• Develop follow-up tools for guests (journal prompts, videos, meditations, PDF resources, online support and help develop the community we are building out)
   
• Create a 30-60-90 day post-stay integration framework for continued transformation
   
• Capture guest testimonials and track their continued growth for brand impact storytelling
   

• Contribute to written and recorded content that reflects The Aerial’s voice (blogs, guides, mini-courses, socials, email blasts)
   
• Record short videos and guided practices for YouTube and social media to grow brand awareness
   
• Serve as an on-camera thought leader and model of transformational living- help produce content that will be shared across all island platforms
   

• Partner with leadership to evolve The Aerial’s wellness offerings and scale the brand internationally
   
• Over time, help recruit, train, and lead a small wellness team that embodies the HEAL ethos
   
• Create SOPs and scalable frameworks for experiences so they can be replicated in future Aerial locations
   

• Support intentional curation and daily upkeep of The Aerial’s gift shop (aligned with our mission to heal and empower)
   
• Educate guests on the healing stories behind each product
   
• Help ensure every guest-facing moment on island is imbued with meaning and love
• Help guide new items to be sold within the store that help both buyer and sellers elevate their lives

• You are a licensed or certified practitioner in at least two healing modalities (e.g., massage, yoga, breathwork, etc.)
   
• You are trauma-informed and emotionally attuned-safe, grounded, and spiritually mature
   
• You lead from a place of humility, integrity, and purpose-not ego or performance
   
• You prefer clean, neutral spiritual environments (no witchcraft, incense, Tarot cards or performative spirituality)
   
• You live this lifestyle personally, not just professionally
   
• You believe in healing through faith, science, nature, purpose, and embodiment-not shortcuts
   
• You are equally comfortable on a massage table, in front of a camera, or leading a group in quiet meditation
   
• You have a hospitality mindset-understanding that luxury should liberate, not distract
   

• Full-time in paradise on-island presence (BVI residency in either staff housing or self-selected)
   
• Joyfully willing to “wear 10 hats” in the startup phase
   
• Not a “clock-in, clock-out” person- this is a lifestyle role
   
• No facial piercings or spiritual practices that create discomfort or division
   
• Must embody a spirit of excellence, emotional intelligence, and service leadership
   

• Guests consistently describe your sessions as life-changing
   
• Guests leave with a sense of peace, clarity, and purpose they didn’t arrive with
   
• Online content you’ve helped create draws new, values-aligned clients to the island
   
• Your personal energy and leadership uplift the team and protect the brand
   
• You’re helping shape The Aerial, BVI into a world-renowned sanctuary of healing and purpose

Package & Benefits: 

• Minimum 12-month contract (subject to work permit approval if required)
• Island service charge and gratuities (at guest discretion)
• 15 days paid holiday per year and 14 BVI public holidays 
• Healthy meal provided for while on shift (Subject to change)
• Medical coverage in the BVI
• Live-in Role (right near the Island)
• Round-trip airfare is included as part of the agreement. However, if the contract is not completed, the return flight will become the responsibility of the employee and will be charged at their own expense.
