Who We're Looking For:
- A leader with 1--3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role
- Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Certified or licensed as required by your state -- you know the drill!
- A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff
- A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace
- Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed

Skills Required
- 1-3 years of experience in early childhood education or similar leadership role
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
