About the Job:

We’re seeking a strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves Senior Manager of Global Total Rewards & Payroll to lead the design and execution of our global compensation, benefits, payroll, and incentive programs. In this high-impact leadership role at the heart of our People Strategy, you’ll build and scale programs that are essential to attracting, retaining, and rewarding top talent,

What You'll Do:

  • Own and evolve our global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and incentive design.

  • Lead global, end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and seamless integration with HRIS and Total Rewards Programs.

  • Partner with Finance, HR, and vendors to optimize systems, automate processes, and drive continuous improvements in accuracy, efficiency and audit readiness. 
  • Drive compensation cycles (merit, bonuses, commissions), build global job leveling and salary structures, and oversee governance of our Company Incentive Plan (CIP).

  • Oversee benefit programs worldwide and manage third-party vendor relationships.

  • Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and data privacy laws across all regions.

  • Support executive and board-level reporting, and advise on executive pay and performance alignment.

  • Develop policies, systems, and analytics to drive efficiency, pay equity, and audit readiness.

  • Act as a player-coach, balancing strategy with roll-up-your-sleeves execution, while mentoring cross-functional teams.

  • This is a hands-on position dealing with the tactical day-to-day operational / tactical duties
    and execution of payroll, benefits, and total rewards as a whole.

 What You'll Bring:

  • Extensive experience leading global rewards, benefits, and global payroll in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment.

  • Direct experience in a startup setting, comfortable with rapid iteration, lean methodologies, and evolving priorities.
  • Strong global payroll knowledge and compliance expertise.

  • Proven ability to design and govern incentive programs, including non-sales CIP plans.

  • Deep understanding of compensation benchmarking, internal equity, and job architecture.

  • Experience with vendor management, HR systems, and compensation analytics.

  • A strategic mindset with operational excellence—you can think big and deliver flawlessly.

  • High integrity, strong business judgment, and a collaborative leadership style.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CCP, CEBS, or related certifications preferred.
