The Director, TISC Digital and Productivity leads the TI&SC digital and productivity agenda, serving as the enterprise owner of digital platforms, data architecture, analytics capabilities, and productivity methodologies across Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Innovation, Quality, and Sustainability. 

This role defines the digital vision, roadmap, and standards for TI&SC, ensuring business transformation initiatives are enabled by scalable platforms, high quality data, and insight driven ways of working. Acting as a center of excellence leader, the role partners closely with OU transformation leaders, global digital teams, IT, and business stakeholders to accelerate adoption, embed productivity into day-to-day execution, and translate digital investments into measurable business impact. 
 

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • TI&SC Digital & Productivity Strategy: Own and define the TI&SC digital and productivity strategy, roadmap, and priorities, aligned with enterprise digital direction and business objectives. Establish a clear vision for how digital capabilities, analytics, and productivity methodologies enable faster decision-making, improved service, lower costtoserve, and stronger operational resilience across the end-to-end value chain.  

  • Digital Platforms, Tools & Analytics Enablement: Lead the design, deployment, and evolution of digital platforms and tools supporting planning, operations, regulatory, quality, innovation, and sustainability (e.g., planning systems, dashboards, analytics platforms, automation solutions). Ensure platforms are scalable, interoperable, and aligned with global architecture standards, while meeting the practical needs of TI&SC and OU teams. 

  • Data Strategy, Architecture & Governance: Own TI&SC data strategy and architecture, defining standards for data models, master data management, integration, and quality governance across technical innovation and supply chain systems. Partner with IT and global digital teams to ensure data integrity, visibility, and consistency, enabling reliable analytics, automation, and advanced use cases such as predictive and AI  enabled capabilities.enabled capabilities. 

  • Productivity & Ways of Working: Own and coordinate the endtoend TI&SC productivity pipeline, ensuring clear governance, prioritization, and disciplined execution across all initiatives. Embed productivity into TI&SC operations by defining and scaling productivity methodologies, standardized processes, and digital ways of working. Drive simplification, standardization, and automation to reduce complexity, improve execution efficiency, and elevate decision quality across Technical, Quality, Innovation, and Supply Chain functions 

  • Advanced Analytics, Automation & Innovation: Lead the exploration and scaling of advanced analytics, automation, and emerging technologies across TI&SC, including scenario modelling, predictive analytics, and AI enabled decision support. Pilot new capabilities, define usec ase governance, and ensure innovations are scalable, secure, and value accretive. 

  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics. 

 

Requirements & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines. 

  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, analytics, supply chain, technical operations, or productivity focused roles within complex, matrixed organizations. 

  • Proven experience leading enterprise or functional digital platforms and transformation programs. 

  • Strong understanding of supply chain, technical operations, and planning processes. 

  • Deep expertise in data architecture, analytics, dashboarding, automation, and digital platforms. 

  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate digital capabilities into operational and financial impact. 

  • Experience partnering with IT, global digital teams, and business leaders. 

  • Excellent stakeholder influence, communication, and change leadership skills. 

  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to operate effectively in a business environment.
