The Director, Technology Strategy & Business Partner serves as the primary technology leader for the Inspection segment. This role is responsible for defining technology priorities, developing a strategic roadmap, and driving measurable business outcomes. The position operates within enterprise IT governance to ensure alignment with corporate architecture, security, and compliance standards while enabling business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned to business objectives
- Define future-state technology architecture for the segment
- Drive improvements in customer experience, operational efficiency, and commercial effectiveness
- Track ROI, adoption, and value realization of technology initiatives
- Develop business cases to support investment decisions
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and manage the portfolio
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards
- Translate business needs into clear technology requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams on solution design and delivery

- Ability to identify automation opportunities and rapidly prototype solutions
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
