Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a strategic and experienced Director, Revenue Operations Technology to join our Customer Excellence (CX) team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and operational execution of enterprise Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Customer Care technology platforms across global operations. Serving as the primary business owner for revenue-generating IT systems, you will optimize end-to-end financial workflows, accelerate cash flow, and ensure seamless system integration to drive measurable operational excellence.
You will lead a high-performing global team of US and India-based managers and technical contributors within the North America Customer Excellence Delivery organization.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Platform Strategy & System Governance: Serve as the primary business owner for enterprise Revenue IT applications—including Salesforce, Oracle Cloud Financials, Billtrust, and HighRadius—ensuring system stability, data integrity, compliance, and audit readiness across global operations.
- Execute Technology Roadmaps & Automate Workflows: Partner closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and Sales leadership to design and deploy end-to-end Order-to-Cash technology roadmaps, resolve complex billing bottlenecks, and implement continuous process improvements.
- Lead Global Teams & System Integrations: Direct system integration strategies, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and enterprise change management while coaching a multi-location onshore/offshore delivery team to optimize platform health and cost efficiency.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 15+ years of experience combining Revenue or Customer Care Operations with Enterprise Financial Systems and Order-to-Cash technology management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise revenue platforms, specifically acting as a business owner for Salesforce, Oracle Cloud Financials, Billtrust, and HighRadius.
- Proven ability in leading global cross-functional teams, driving large-scale system consolidations, executing change management, and delivering executive-level strategic proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
