Pariveda is seeking a Director of Technology to lead our Bogotá Solution Center and build, grow, and sustain a high-performing consulting operation in Colombia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee service delivery, operational excellence, and people leadership for the Bogotá office while supporting firm growth through strong delivery, client confidence, and strategic partnerships.

You Can Expect To:
As a senior member of the local Bogotá management team, you will play an integral role in building and leading our Colombia solution center. You will be responsible for operational leadership, service delivery excellence, and developing a strong team of leaders. You can expect to:
• Lead delivery operations for Pariveda’s Bogotá office, ensuring high-quality execution across client engagements from scoping and estimation through delivery and quality assurance.
• Lead Enterprise Solution Design and Implementation at the intersection of business and technology
• Support the growth of Pariveda’s managed services offerings, playing a key role in solution design, delivery readiness, and pre-sales support.
• Partner with sales and strategy leaders to support growth through delivery feasibility, client confidence, and referenceable outcomes (non-quota role).
• Own delivery performance and escalation management, proactively addressing delivery, staffing, and operational risks to maintain strong client relationships.
• Build, lead, and retain a high-performing consulting team, overseeing recruiting, hiring, coaching, performance management, and professional growth.
• Develop and mentor Bogotá-based consultants, strengthening technical capability, leadership capacity, and long-term career progression.
• Ensure consistent execution of Pariveda’s delivery standards and governance, continuously improving processes, tools, and delivery models.
• Create a high-performance, inclusive, and client-ready culture, actively contributing to Pariveda’s learning environment, values, and community engagement.
We Look For:
The successful candidate possesses the following critical qualifications:
• 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams and complex delivery environments
• An influential leader with the ability to discuss business issues effectively, articulate relevant concepts, and gain buy-in
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to developing employees’ knowledge, skills, and capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills with a methodical, proactive approach
• A resourceful leader who consistently delivers on commitments and exceeds expectations
• A coach who is also open to being coached and has a strong desire to learn
• Enjoys variety, establishing structure, and the challenge of building a successful business
• Flexible, adaptable, and willing to roll up sleeves to contribute where needed
• Highly professional with a strong work ethic, accountability, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations
• Extensive project management experience with complex client engagements

• Fluency in English is required for effective communication with US-based colleagues and customers
