You Will:

As the GTM Technology Architect and India Technical Lead, you will lead the technology strategy and architecture for our GTM business applications. You will oversee and provide technical leadership for the cross-functional BT team in Hyderabad, India, and lead QA and DevOps capabilities responsible for solution design, governance, and cross-functional technology enablement. 

• Architecture Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM architecture strategy, ensuring seamless integration and scalability across business technology solutions.

• Technology Vision & Innovation

  • Evaluate and drive adoption of emerging technologies to improve GTM efficiency, enhance automation, and optimize business outcomes.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Engineering, IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to align architecture strategy with business goals.

• Governance & Best Practices

  • Define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture principles, standards, and frameworks, ensuring compliance and security across systems.

• Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership on solution design, system integrations, and architecture decision-making to drive long-term scalability.

• Team Management & Mentorship

  • Lead and develop a high-performing India-based BT technical team, including QA, DevOps, and solution architects.

• Vendor & Budget Management

  • Own vendor selection and budget allocation for enterprise technology solutions, ensuring cost efficiency and value optimization.

• Operational Excellence

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure architecture effectiveness, system reliability, and GTM technology impact.

Your Team Will: 

• Drive GTM architecture and enterprise-wide system integration to ensure seamless connectivity across platforms.

• Support digital transformation initiatives by implementing best-in-class automation, security, and scalability solutions.

• Ensure governance and compliance by standardizing processes and enforcing architecture best practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact, business-aligned technology solutions.

About You: 

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, and business applications leadership.

• 7+ years of leadership experience, managing technical teams, including architects, QA, and DevOps professionals.

• Proven ability to define, lead, and scale enterprise-wide technology strategies in a high-growth environment.

• Expertise in Salesforce architecture, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.

• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.

• Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and large-scale technology investments.

• Deep understanding of security best practices, compliance requirements, and governance frameworks.

• Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making and performance measurement.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the technology or SaaS industry.

• Experience leading large-scale enterprise architecture transformations.

• Knowledge of AI, automation, and predictive analytics in business technology.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps frameworks.
