Director, Technical Product Owner - AI/ML Workforce Data Analytics 

The Role

Fidelity Corporate Technology Group (CTG) is looking for Director, Technical Product Owner - AI/ML Workforce Data Analytics responsible for delivering cloud-based workforce planning analytics capabilities in the associate workforce and security management product area supporting HR functions. You will lead a team responsible for building next generation analytical solutions using the latest data platform tools, building standardized utilities, craftmanship of data, models, and governance to enable HR and Non-HR Insights delivering advanced analytics capabilities to support our HR business function. A data servant, evangelist to bring all the business unit’s analytical teams across Fidelity to enterprise standard consumption and delivery. In this role, you will be:

  • A trusted HR Delivery Partner transforming business vision into actionable capabilities, maximizing value, ensuring adoption, resulting in enhanced employee engagement, experience and sustained growth
  • Defining and communicating the squad’s mission and roadmap, empowering the team to support partners and ensure alignment, leading to faster issue resolution and higher customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with Architects, Chapter Leaders, and Scrum Masters to leverage collective strengths, ensuring effective delivery and fostering team growth, development and learning.
  • Making informed trade-offs to balance business value, technology goals, quality, delivery cost, MVP, and timelines, ensuring effective capability delivery
  • Aligning with business priorities and technology transformation goals to setup advanced analytics in the cloud, improving decision-making and operational efficiency

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Education – BS or MS in technology related field (Engineering, Computer Science etc.) required
  • 10+ years of experience in managing technology teams responsible for building distributed applications. 3+ years of experience in Cloud based data and SaaS solutions
  • 5+ years of experience in managing enterprise scale technology solutions. Experience in corporate functions is preferred but not required.
  • 3+ years of experience with advanced analytics tools and concepts including data mining, visualization, AI/ML modeling, Data science tools & utilities
  • 2+ years of experience enabling data science enablement tools and solutions like Neo4J, Sage maker, AI vendor products, platforms & solutions
  • Work with multiple technology teams like COEs, Data Architecture, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance functions to ensure security of associate and workforce data
  • Proven experience leading delivery of enterprise technology solutions by leveraging Agile methodology. Experience in IT transformation or enterprise scale platform rollouts preferrable
  • Ability to formulate a product roadmap, establish and execute on multi-year plan, deliver tangible value to partner functions
  • Agile mind set and leadership principles, experience managing delivery in matrix organizations
  • Flexibility and experimentation, scan, try, scale accompanied by a fail fast attitude
  • Good interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills with a demonstrable ability to engage senior management and engage at all levels of the organization
  • You will provide strategic technology leadership to business partners as they evolve their business models
  • Technical background to navigate complex infrastructure and ambiguity

    Associate Workforce and Security Technology (AWST) product area is responsible for managing all technology platforms and solutions for the HR & Security business functions. AWST is an integral partner to these business functions delivering innovative, scalable, and industry leading technology solutions for key associate, workforce and security capabilities for the enterprise.
