The Director ,Technical Product will serve as the technical product leader for our multiple websites, landing pages, and marketing technology. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a team of Product Owners with a focus in digital marketing and marketing technologies. This position will be responsible for guiding product planning and prioritization leveraging Scaled Agile frameworks.

Supervisory Responsibilities: Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager: Mobile Application & Member Portal

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Guide product planning and prioritization across marketing and technology teams
  • Develop product roadmaps and milestones spanning multiple products and initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement of our customer-facing sites and internal tools to ensure optimal member experience
  • Plan and execute successful product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
  • Ability to clearly write, communicate, direct project requirements for our development teams
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners
  • Drive data-driven decisions and prioritization of initiatives
  • Continuously monitor site(s) performance
  • Leverage A/B testing capabilities to incrementally drive site optimization and exceed KPI goals
  • Conduct ongoing focus groups and user studies to continually improve the order entry and online enrollment experiences
  • Ability to analyze reporting and data to make informed product decisions and recommendations
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Computer Science degree preferred but not required
  • 10+ years of technical product management experience
  • Experience working cross-functionally across product, marketing, sales, and technology teams to define and implement requirements
  • Experience building an end user product
  • Experience with lean/ agile methodologies
  •  Ability to dive deep and become a problem solver in complex areas
  • Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts and technology into simple, engaging, and intuitive messaging.
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Approach all projects with a data-driven mindset
  • Strong excel and data analysis skills

Preferred Skills/Abilities:

  • Experience working in the Medicare and/or Healthcare industries beneficial, but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
  • Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing.
  • Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.
  • Hand dexterity, fine motor skills needed to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently
  • Reach with hands and arms occasionally

For Hybrid Roles:

  • Must be able to commute to an office setting as required, which may include walking short distances and navigating an office environment.
  • Occasionally moves about the office to access files, office machinery, and meet with others.
