Job Description
This position reports to the Vice President of Product Marketing for the ServiceNow Platform.
We are looking for a leader who combines deep technical expertise with a passion for storytelling and technical marketing.
This position will lead a team of talented demo engineers and technical product marketers on a mission to build world class product demonstrations showcasing the power of the ServiceNow AI Platform. Success is measured on the team's ability to bring our top customer stories to life to support our global marketing campaigns, top customer deals, launch events and press engagements.
You will partner closely with global marketing, product management, sales, solution consulting and our ecosystem to position ServiceNow as the leader across multiple product categories through innovative product demos showcasing our AI Platform's product capabilities and roadmap. Your team will also directly contribute to generating and accelerating pipeline and increasing customer adoption. While we are enjoying rapid growth, we believe a driven individual with a passion for the craft of product demonstrations and a deep interest in the rapid advancements in enterprise AI can accelerate our growth and market leadership even further.

What you get to do in this role:
- Lead, develop, and grow a team of technical product marketers building demos on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
- Bring our top customer stories to life through high-profile, visionary demos used in our conference keynotes and Executive Briefing Center customer meetings.
- Build demos to support full funnel marketing campaigns, including product screenshots and demos used in ServiceNow TV commercials.
- Build and progress pipeline with technical demonstrations attached to top sales plays, highlighting our competitive differentiation.
- Support product launches and release marketing with market moving product demonstrations.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelor's degree, technical degree preferred.
- 8+ years in technical product marketing, sales engineering, product management or solution consulting
- Strong ability to inspire and coach, with a proven record of accomplishment of hiring, managing, and leading high-performance teams.
- Proven technical and marketing skills, including the ability to customize solutions, facilitate product demonstrations and effectively communicate value propositions and key differentiators
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions within and outside of Marketing, building relationships to drive results.
- Deep curiosity on AI led business transformation and the future of agentic platforms.
- Experience building public-facing presentations with high attention to detail for marketing events, sales organizations or executive presentations.
- Some experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, iOS, APIs, Apex, Java (some mix), or design tools such as Figma.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $189,100 - $331,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
