Be at the Forefront of the Agentic AI Revolution

At Skan AI, we are pioneering the context engine for human and agentic execution, bringing context from enterprise operators, systems, and processes to power how the world's largest organizations execute their most complex, mission-critical work.

Why Skan AI

We're in hyper-growth mode at exactly the right moment in history. As enterprises race to adopt agentic AI, we're uniquely positioned to deliver the clear signal they desperately need: a platform that trains and grounds AI Agents in trillions of real execution signals, enabling reliable, compliant automation of their most complex processes.

Backed by Dell Technologies Capital and other leading investors, we're the only company that can bridge the gap between AI's promise and enterprise reality, making us perfectly positioned to define the agentic era for modern enterprises.

Our diverse, collaborative team of 250+ innovators is solving category-defining challenges at the intersection of AI, process intelligence, and enterprise work. Diverse perspectives fuel breakthrough thinking, cross-functional collaboration is the norm, and our work directly transforms how Fortune 500 companies operate. We are shaping the future of work itself.

This is an opportunity to partner closely with Skan’s founding team and executive leadership to define and scale the product foundation for one of the most important categories emerging in enterprise AI: process intelligence as the context layer for agentic automation.
Skan has built a unique platform that captures how work actually gets done across people, systems, applications, and workflows. This creates a proprietary understanding of enterprise execution — the operational context required to automate complex business processes safely, reliably, and with enterprise-grade control. As enterprises move beyond AI experimentation and toward production deployments in regulated, high-stakes environments, Skan is positioned to become a foundational platform for how AI agents understand, execute, monitor, and improve real business workflows.

The Director - Product Management will focus on Skan’s core platform: the product surfaces, workflows, data models, user experiences, and platform capabilities that turn process intelligence into repeatable enterprise value. This leader will help clarify the product vision, sharpen prioritization, strengthen product operating rhythms, and translate customer and market signals into products that are simple, scalable, and commercially impactful.

Skan is looking for a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on product leader who can operate with founder-level intensity — someone who is strategic enough to shape the product narrative, technical enough to understand the platform, customer-facing enough to internalize enterprise workflow complexity, and practical enough to ship. The ideal candidate may be a sitting VP, a Head of Product, or a high-upside product leader ready to step into broader ownership.

Why Skan:
  • Define a category: help build the product platform behind enterprise agents grounded in real execution data, not generic automation scripts or isolated copilots.
  • Real customers, real stakes: Fortune 500 deployments in insurance, healthcare, financial services, and other regulated environments where workflow accuracy, auditability, and control matter.
  • Unique data advantage: Skan’s screenshot-based process intelligence creates a living understanding of how work actually happens across applications, systems, and teams.
  • Founder-level ownership: Partner directly with Skan’s leadership team to shape product strategy, platform direction, and the operating model for a fast-scaling product function.
  • Massive AI relevance: Own the platform layer that powers Skan’s agentic automation ambitions and gives enterprise AI the context required to move from pilots to production.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for Skan’s core platform, connecting process intelligence, workflow understanding, data, UX, and AI-readiness into a coherent strategy.
  • Partner with the founders and executive team to translate Skan’s category vision into clear product priorities, sequencing, and investment decisions.
  • Lead product management across platform capabilities, including workflow experiences, data insights, enterprise controls, integrations, and foundations for agentic automation.
  • Build a disciplined product operating model with clearer planning, prioritization, decision rights, roadmap communication, and cross-functional accountability.
  • Engage directly with customers and field teams to translate complex enterprise workflows into repeatable, scalable platform capabilities.
  • Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform strategy, making clear tradeoffs across speed, quality, scalability, security, and commercial impact.
  • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure the roadmap is technically grounded, execution-ready, and aligned with enterprise requirements.
  • Productize Skan’s proprietary process intelligence data into insights, recommendations, workflow intelligence, and AI-ready context.
  • Define practical product metrics that connect roadmap progress to adoption, customer value, implementation efficiency, retention, and expansion.
  • Raise the product craft bar across discovery, requirements, written communication, product reviews, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and scale a high-performing product management function with the urgency, judgment, and talent density required for Skan’s next stage of growth.

Professional Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including meaningful leadership ownership in high-growth SaaS, enterprise software, workflow, productivity, collaboration, automation, data, or business application environments.
  • Proven ability to build and scale modern SaaS products used by enterprise users; experience with workflow-heavy, business-process-oriented, or horizontal/vertical application platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated product leadership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the product function is still being built, sharpened, or scaled.
  • Strong platform product instincts, including the ability to connect user-facing workflows, data architecture, integrations, enterprise controls, and long-term extensibility into a coherent product strategy.
  • Experience translating complex customer problems into simple, scalable product experiences and repeatable platform capabilities.
  • Strong customer-facing orientation with a bias toward direct discovery, workflow observation, and firsthand user insight rather than relying solely on secondhand feedback.
  • Practical AI fluency and strong curiosity about applied AI, automation, LLMs, agents, and data-driven workflow products; deep research credentials are less important than sound product judgment around enterprise AI adoption.
  • Ability to partner deeply with technical teams, challenge assumptions constructively, and make product tradeoffs grounded in technical reality.
  • Track record of improving product operating discipline — including prioritization, roadmap management, written communication, product reviews, success metrics, and cross-functional execution.

Personal Characteristics
  • Founder-mode product leader who combines vision, intensity, resourcefulness, and hands-on execution.
  • Sharp, curious, and intellectually honest; able to learn complex domains quickly and separate signal from noise.
  • Strong communicator who can tell a compelling product story, frame tradeoffs, and align founders, executives, engineers, GTM teams, customers, and investors.
  • Strategic systems thinker who connects product choices to customer value, technical architecture, market positioning, and long-term company advantage.
  • High-agency operator who moves quickly from discussion to decision to execution, without waiting for perfect information or mature processes.
  • Customer-obsessed product craftsperson with strong instincts for workflow, UX, clear requirements, crisp prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial, low-ego team builder who can raise the bar for product talent, build trust cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-scaling, high-change environment.
