At Pfizer Oncology, our mission is to "Outdo Cancer" by developing transformative therapies that make a meaningful impact for patients. Talzenna launched its first indication in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) (TALAPRO-2) in June 2023, and we are growing its market presence in HRR-mutated mCRPC while preparing for a potential future indication in HRR-mutated metastatic castration-sensitive prostate cancer (mCSPC) (TALAPRO-3). With this lifecycle opportunity, TALZENNA has the potential to deliver over $1B in peak revenues globally and contribute meaningfully to our growing Prostate portfolio.
