Hybrid details: Ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment with travel or on-site presence for major events (approximately 30-35%)

Compensation: $151,200 (Min) - $216,200 (Mid) - $281,200 (Max)

This role leads the transformation of TruStage’s talent experience through the design and delivery of innovative, integrated, and human-centered solutions aligned with our enterprise strategy. The Director, Talent Experience reimagines the full talent lifecycle—from onboarding to succession planning—ensuring scalable, data-informed programs that enable organizational growth, enhance employee engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role oversees Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, and Hybrid Work Experience teams. This role is a key architect of TruStage’s workforce of the future—ensuring every employee touchpoint reflects our values, supports our strategy, and delivers on our promise to our people.

Job Responsibilities:
 

Talent Strategy & Innovation

  • Lead the development and execution of a future-forward talent and employee experience roadmap that enables a high-performing, agile workforce.
  • Translate business needs into scalable talent programs that leverage modern tools, predictive analytics, and AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Partner closely with areas of Human Resources that are responsible for the design, development and delivery of programs (e.g. Learning & Development)
  • Collaborate with our talent and culture team to ensure inclusivity and belonging are woven into every talent initiative—leveraging data and continuous feedback loops to inform improvements.
  • Apply design thinking and continuous improvement methods to enhance the employee journey and streamline HR processes.

Program Leadership & Execution

  • Build and evolve enterprise-wide talent programs—including executive coaching, individual development planning, talent reviews, and leadership pipelines—grounded in data and business priorities.
  • Lead the strategic direction for early-in-career programs and campus recruiting, ensuring alignment to our employee value proposition (EVP) and long-term retention goals.
  • Oversee the design and optimization of hybrid, remote, and in-office experiences that foster engagement, inclusion, and high team performance.
  • Responsible for programs such as Succession Planning, Mentoring, Performance Management, Coaching, Internships, Employee Hybrid Experience and Talent Acquisition.
  • Champion a culture of innovation by piloting emerging workforce technologies and fostering experimentation across the Talent Experience team.

Stakeholder Partnership & Influence

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including the CHRO and executive team, influencing enterprise decisions through strategic insights and workforce data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to embed talent experience into business transformation efforts.
  • Effectively communicate complex strategies and outcomes to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive HR or talent management experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and drive measurable results through data and analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of talent and workforce trends, with experience deploying emerging technologies and AI in HR environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution ability; thrives in ambiguity and brings structure to complexity.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult with senior leaders, excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills. Experience presenting to executive leadership teams.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and coaching talent at all levels.
  • Adept at using people analytics and predictive modeling to inform talent decisions and optimize ROI.
  • Understanding of employee and customer experience design principles, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Experience communicating complex strategies and outcomes to the Board of Directors.

Compensation may vary based on the job level, your geographic work location, position incentive plan and exemption status.

 

Base Salary Range:

$126,000.00 - $234,300.00
