Hi! I’m Jen, Chief People Officer at Customer.io, and I’m looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition to scale our talent acquisition efforts as we continue our exciting growth across 30+ countries with 300+ team members. You'll build and mentor an amazing recruiting team while creating the infrastructure needed to build a high-performing organization. - Lead and grow a recruiting team, providing mentorship and career development opportunities to help everyone reach their potential
- Build scalable recruiting infrastructure and processes to support ambitious hiring goals across all functions and geographies
- Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process, ensuring we attract and welcome talent from all backgrounds
- Enhance recruiting operations using AI tools and data insights to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality
8+ years of recruiting experience with 3+ years in leadership roles, ideally within high-growth SaaS or tech companies
Experience scaling recruiting teams and building infrastructure to support high growth
Familiarity with recruiting tools including Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-powered sourcing platforms
Global recruiting experience with understanding of international hiring practices and cultural considerations
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Remote-first leadership experience with demonstrated success in building culture and managing distributed teams
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $200,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment.
