Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree plus 10+ years' recruiting experience, with at least 5 years' experience leading people
- Proven success using CRM, ATS, and sourcing tools to build strong pipelines and talent communities
- Strong communicator and trusted advisor, comfortable influencing senior leaders
- Coach and mentor who thrives on growing people and building collaborative, high-performing teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to guide decisions and strategy
- Talent Acquisition leadership experience with demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships, influence others at all levels, and drive change in a complex environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, conflict management, administration, reasoning and decision-making skills
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts
- Experience working with high volume, evergreen roles
- Experience working with Affirmative Action
