This position will lead talent acquisition and people branding strategy to attract, engage, and hire top talent while strengthening the company’s reputation as an employer of choice. Oversees recruitment initiatives, candidate experience, and people brand positioning to support long-term business growth
Role Responsibility

  • Ensure consistent recruitment policies and practices 
  • Responsible for the development of the People Brand Strategy and ensures alignment with the overall company brand and ensures a consistent message within the various regions
  • Assist in developing and executing a strategy to attract and retain high potential candidates
  • Develops regional recruitment strategies including social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
  • Identifies and manages effective candidate sourcing channels and suppliers and ensures they are reflective of the company’s brand 
  • Responsible to ensure LHG hiring managers are properly trained on the various recruitment/assessments tools (BI, SHL, MQ)
  • Helps maintain a database of internal and external talent 
  • Supports the recruitment of key LHG corporate positions
  • Assist with the recruitment of key positions for new opening projects as needed
  • Provides necessary recruitment statistics on a regular basis
  • Be a brand ambassador to effectively recruit high caliber candidates
  • Represents company at various university recruitment events
  • Responsible for internal and external communication (written/verbal/social) related to employer branding and talent acquisition activities
  • Ensure documentation and e-approval processes are followed and properly documented.
  • Perform candidate screening, interview and offer negotiations for positions
  • Works to consistently improve the candidate experience
  • Helps train hotel based recruiters on internal processes and best practice 

Requirement 

  • University graduate
  • 10+ years’ experience in candidate sourcing or employer branding activities
  • Fluency in English is required.  Mandarin would be helpful.
  • Considerable knowledge and experience in digital recruitment and best practice recruitment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire candidates and stakeholders
  • Skilled at assessing candidate capabilities and cultural fit
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills
  • Strong interview techniques with the ability to execute good judgement
  • Good experience in social media recruitment
  • Solid understanding of applicant tracking systems
  • Good knowledge of psychometric tools used for selection
  • Proficient in MS office tools
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks within tight schedules
  • Takes initiative
