Role and Responsibilities

The Director, Display Sales will lead and execute sales strategies for the Display organization, focusing on driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role will oversee a team of sales professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure alignment with regional business objectives. The individual will analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies and optimize product offerings.

Roles & Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion for the Display organization.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including channel accounts and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to create effective sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, SCM, and Finance to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 12-14 years of relevant industry experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for peer, outward, and upward interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the display industry or related fields.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales channels and market data tracking.
  • Understanding of PSI, CPFR, and P&L processes.

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.  However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:

  • Colorado: $166,500 to $205,500
  • NYC: $190,500 to $235,000
  • Washington State: $182,500 to $225,500
  • California: $190,500 to $235,000
