This corporate based Supply Chain Leader represents Global Supply Chain as a key member of the Food Service Leadership Team, responsible for translating business needs into actionable supply chain plans that support growth, service, and cost objectives and is also responsible for active project execution and hands on problem solving.
 
What You Will Do:
• Represent supply chain on the BU leadership team, shaping strategy and guiding key business decisions.
• Align and integrate cross-functional supply chain activities to ensure execution of business priorities (executing Operations Business Management OBM function).
• Lead supply chain design for new products and long-term capacity strategies, including capital planning and cost structure in partnership with operations business managers.
• Drive successful commercialization by ensuring operational readiness through Stage Gate processes.
• Deliver cost optimization and productivity targets in partnership with finance while maintaining service levels.
• Ensure service excellence through capacity planning and proactive resolution of supply and operational risks.
• Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance, continuous improvement, and business outcomes.
 
What We Look For: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred 
• 8+ years of supply chain experience (operations, planning, or commercialization) 
• Strong understanding of supply chain impact on business performance 
• Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed environment (CPG or manufacturing preferred) 
• Proven ability to execute and drive operational results 
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial acumen 
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
 
What We Offer: 
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000 annually with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
