Job Summary

As the Director of Supply Chain, you will own the comprehensive supply chain roadmap that balances tactical operational success with strategic scalability that ensures Rangeview’s competitive advantage. You will establish and sustain key relationships with global raw materials and equipment suppliers, forging lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships. Success in this position requires a leader who is equally comfortable spearheading high-level initiatives as they are addressing the hands-on, day-to-day tasks of a growing operation. 

This position’s internal job code is Director, Supply Chain. We are currently hiring for Level 6.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the individual accountable for the Supply Chain organization
  • Establish the organizational structure and recruit requisite personnel to build a world-class Supply Chain team
  • Own the comprehensive supply chain roadmap that balances execution required to meet near-term deliverables with architecting scalable solutions to support long-term growth, including budgets, headcount, etc.
  • Cultivate relationships with key equipment and raw materials suppliers, including strategic sourcing, negotiation of long-term agreements, and structuring of partnerships to ensure mutual success
  • Establish and drive performance metrics to monitor and control Rangeview’s supply chain
  • Support the implementation and data integrity of key systems, including ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, etc. in support of informed decision-making and intelligent automation
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical, geopolitical, and supplier risks to ensure continued on-time delivery of quality parts within cost targets
  • Manage executive communications and cross-functional relationships to inform/execute improvement opportunities, ensure alignment of priorities between organizations, and focus efforts to relentlessly drive down lead time and cost

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related technical field
  • 7+ years of experience in high volume, high-reliability manufacturing in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries
  • 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of supply chain professionals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical information to executive leadership, key suppliers, etc.
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing technical data to make objective, informed decisions and drive cross-functional improvement initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to scale throughput in a complex supply chain

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior leadership role

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed

Summary Pay Range

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline. Salaries are based on demonstrated candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  • Level 6: $165,000-$215,000
