The role is designed for an early-career candidate with strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and follow-through skills who can work onsite and adapt to evolving processes.

Lead and scale the quality organization to ensure manufacturing reliability and compliance (AS9100/NADCAP/ISO), drive yield and defect reduction, own audits and corrective actions, develop QMS/MES/WMS processes, and manage cross-functional quality metrics and investigations.
