Job Summary:
The Director of Supply Chain Planning is responsible for leading and transforming the entire supply chain function at an enterprise level, serving as a key executive with significant influence on company strategy and performance.

This position develops and executes visionary supply chain strategies, network disruptions, and business transformations that create exceptional competitive advantage and shareholder value. The role requires distinguished product and technical mastery, executive business acumen, and transformational leadership to optimize global supply chain networks, planning capabilities, and operational excellence while ensuring industry-leading service performance, financial efficiency, and cost leadership.

The Director of Supply Chain Planning partners with strategic partners, and industry leaders to shape semiconductor supply chain strategy and industry direction. This position navigates complex global market dynamics while addressing fundamental operational challenges and strategic business transformations. Lastly, this person will lead planning teams and cross functional activities to develop inventory strategies, manage resources, and consensus demand to ensure build plans that support inventory and revenue goals.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy and Transformation:

  • Develop and implement visionary supply chain strategies
  • Disruptive network transformations, and business model innovations across the global enterprise.
  • Analyze industry dynamics, future market requirements, and competitive landscape.

Global Supply Chain Excellence and Business Leadership:

  • Establish and optimize world-class supply chain systems, global network architectures, and enterprise capabilities to maximize competitive distinction and stakeholder returns.

  • Analyze enterprise performance against market requirements and implement transformational initiatives to address strategic opportunities.

  • Lead and transform the entire supply chain organization, executive leadership team, and global talent strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum 20+ years of experience in supply chain management with at least 10+ years in senior executive roles
  • Distinguished experience with integrated supply chain operations, planning systems, and operational leadership
  • Executive expertise in network optimization, process architecture, and global business leadership
  • C-suite background in financial management, enterprise transformation, and shareholder value creation
  • Recognized authority in semiconductor industry dynamics and supply chain innovation

  • Master’s degree, MBA, PhD in in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Distinguished mastery of supply chain principles, integrated business planning, and operational excellence

Travel Requirements:

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $155,000 - $225,000.  There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base salary, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education and experience, as well as job location and the value of other elements of an employee’s total compensation package.
