* Build, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships end-to-end.
* Work closely with our BI team to define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure progress.
* Collaborate directly with our founders and leadership team on high-level initiatives.
Your profile
* Degree from a top university or equivalent proven track record.
* Several years of experience in consulting, banking, or high-growth startups.
* A hands-on problem solver with a relentless drive to get things done.
* Fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces iteration.
* Strong team player who can also work independently.
* Fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills.
