Manages activities and processes related to tracking, analyzing, and reporting planned priorities against key growth performance targets. Develops operating processes and expectations for key stakeholders to ensure consistency in planning documentation and tracking. Ensures adequate training and communication of processes, expectations, and supporting tools to end-users. Interfaces with multi-disciplinary leaders and acts as a subject matter expert for plan creation and structure to support informed decision-making and actionable work plans. Applies broad knowledge of analytic principles and methodologies to analyze complex business issues while applying ingenuity. Interfaces with leaders across the organization, support services, and analytics to ensure integration of business performance analytics with strategy execution tracking. Conducts analysis on strategy execution performance and success measures to inform future organizational strategy development on a quarterly basis. Supports the preparation of reports and presentations to Region, Market, and Campus executive leaders. Coordinates with the Corporate Planning department to track the execution of Vision 2030 Aspiration Initiatives. Supervises the work of manager-level team members who support the day-to-day work of the team. Develops dashboards and reports that contextualize trends in strategy execution for senior executives. Pay Range:
$110,702.15 - $205,911.28Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
