Director, Strategy and Analytics

Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Director, Strategy and Analytics based at our Americas Headquarters located in Greenville, North Carolina. 

What you will do: 

• Develop and implement a group sales strategy focused on achieving growth objectives through sales support and analytics. 

• Analyze current industry trends and data to create disruptive strategies that target key customer opportunities. 

• Provide actionable insights to increase sales for Major and Dealer accounts, ensuring a focus on results rather than just reporting data. 

• Develop and execute account targeting strategies to establish and strengthen relationships with both prospects and customers. 

• Collaborate with all Sales channels to refine forecasting methodologies, track pipelines, and report against AOP budget. 

• Oversee continuous improvement projects within the sales function and manage the demand planning function for Americas Sales.

What you will need: 

• Bachelor's degree. 

• 10–15 years of relevant work experience. 

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

• Extensive experience in wholesale sales operations. 

• Expertise in sales management and a strong understanding of sales processes. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage full P&L responsibilities. 

• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and how to leverage data to drive performance.
