Ready to help us build the operational backbone of our newly created C&I mission and make a massive impact? We're on the hunt for a highly impactful, execution-oriented Director of Strategic Programs & Transformation to champion this critical work. You'll be instrumental in providing structure, aligning strategic initiatives and transforming reporting to fuel rapid growth and ensure seamless cross-functional alignment.
The ideal candidate is a structured thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You're a wizard at combining program management discipline with deep transformation know-how, consistently delivering outcomes that enable true scalability and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Program Leadership: Drive the successful execution of our most impactful strategic initiatives by leading robust program management. This means defining program governance, developing and implementing best practices, tools, and processes for planning, risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking across strategic programs.
Operational Excellence: Dive deep into our core operational processes to identify, analyse, and optimise them, enhancing efficiency, eliminating friction, and paving the way for rapid scale.
Reporting Transformation: Develop and implement a robust reporting framework to provide clear, actionable insights for strategic decision-making. Monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and automate reporting processes using tools and technology to reduce effort.
Performance Monitoring: Establish powerful metrics and KPIs to rigorously monitor the effectiveness of our transformation initiatives and report on progress directly to senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Partner closely with leaders across various departments and at all levels to ensure our strategic initiatives are integrated and aligned with broader organisational goals, and benefit from the necessary buy-in and support. You'll be a master at building strong relationships and managing expectations with finesse.
Change Management: Champion organisational change, driving adoption through brilliant communication, active stakeholder engagement, and structured strategies.
What you'll have
- Significant experience in consulting, working with consultants, business transformation, operational excellence, and strategic program management
- Demonstrated experience in senior executive stakeholder management and reporting, and support
- Ability to and track record of, managing complex programs and engaging diverse stakeholders. Possibly professional qualifications such as MSP.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a disciplined approach to planning and execution
- Proven communication and storytelling skills, adept at articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to translate data and strategy into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with project management and reporting tools
