What You'll Do:
- Serve as the trusted lead for key LLM and AI partners (e.g., Google, OpenAI, hyperscalers, AEO/GEO companies, and emerging AI commerce players), consistently deepening executive relationships and identifying new avenues for mutual growth.
- Establish and lead structured account management cadences (QBRs, strategic joint roadmapping, executive steering committees) to ensure alignment, resolve operational friction, and secure durable partnership renewals.
- Integration Optimization: Drive cross-functional initiatives to scale existing pilots into permanent, core integrations, demonstrating continuously how Bazaarvoice data improves LLM-powered search, recommendation, and agentic shopping outcome
- Collaborate with partners on success metrics (e.g., conversion lift, engagement, relevance) to ensure ROI is consistently measured, reported, and leveraged to unlock broader usage tiers.
- Package account successes, performance gains, and case studies to advocate for broader rollouts across additional partner product lines and business units.
- Orchestrate Internally Across Strategy, Product, Engineering, and Legal
- Translate ongoing partner feedback and evolving technical needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering; ensure existing APIs, data feeds, and integrations are continually optimized.
- Work closely with Legal to update client terms, navigate complex data privacy and retention discussions, and co-lead renegotiations or amendments as partnership scopes expand over time.
- Refine non-quota commercial models (tiered access, usage expansion, co-marketing, joint GTM value) to capture increasing economic value as accounts mature.
- Partner with Revenue, Finance, and Strategy to track the expanding baseline value of LLM partnerships and reflect account health in corporate performance.
- Strategic Representation: Represent Bazaarvoice and your assigned portfolio with senior partner executives and key client stakeholders, advocating for the long-term value of Bazaarvoice's authenticated UGC network in AI commerce.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years in strategic partnerships, platform partnerships, or ecosystem leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on data, platforms, and/or adtech/eCommerce.
- Demonstrated success building and nurturing senior-level relationships with large technology platforms (e.g., hyperscalers, major ad platforms, LLM providers), including aligning on joint strategy and executing multi-phase roadmaps.
- Proven experience turning emerging technology shifts (e.g., AI, privacy changes) into concrete partner offerings and measurable client value.. Commercial and product-oriented thinking
- Track record structuring complex data or platform partnerships where value is created through integration, usage, and proof of performance, not just contract size.
