Summary: The Director, Strategic Partnership Alliances is responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing key partnerships that drive growth and enhance the company’s managed services portfolio. This role will identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and channel partners that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with a collaborative mindset and a deep understanding of the IT services ecosystem.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and own multi-year strategic plans for key partners, outlining shared goals, financial targets, and innovation roadmaps.
- Establish structured, scalable partnership frameworks that foster long-term alignment and mutual growth.
- Operationalize strategic plans into concrete, cross-functional actions with marketing, sales, engineering, and service delivery teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Microsoft and other partners such as ServiceNow, Kore.ai, and emerging technology vendors.
- Navigate complex partnership dynamics, resolve escalations, and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- Lead and track joint campaigns, enablement sessions, and partner-sourced/co-sell opportunities.
- Own the co-sell pipeline and partner program KPIs, ensuring regular measurement, reporting, and optimization.
- Manage partner rebates, certifications, and funding processes to maximize program ROI.
- Actively manage Bell Techlogix’s positioning and visibility within analyst briefings, research cycles, and peer reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to ensure key offerings, differentiators, and partner-aligned strategies are well-represented in relevant market analyses and vendor comparisons.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards to track KPIs across revenue, partner influence, enablement, and pipeline.
- Lead preparation and delivery of internal and partner-facing Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Use performance insights to drive strategic pivots, optimize collaboration, and meet or exceed alliance goals.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, competitive trends, and partner ecosystem developments.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- High school diploma is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner development, or channel sales management within IT services, preferably in a MSP environment.
- Proven success managing high-value partnerships with technology vendors such as Microsoft, ServiceNow, and Kore.ai.
- Deep understanding of managed IT services, digital workplace solutions, cloud platforms, and AI/automation technologies.
- Experience building strategic business plans, co-sell frameworks, and go-to-market campaigns with partners.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing executive-level partner engagements.

- Demonstrated ability to generate measurable business outcomes from partner relationships, including partner-sourced revenue and pipeline influence.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with C-suite executives and translate technical solutions into business value.
- Strong commercial skills including rebate management, contract negotiation, and joint solution development.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks effectively and by deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical, Mental Requirements and Work Environment:
- Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events.
- Must have the ability to work extended or flexible hours as needed.
- Must be able to work at a computer for prolonged periods of time.
- Must be able to communicate with people outside the organization, represent the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.
