- Support diligence of all strategic investments and client relationships alongside key stakeholders including senior leadership, finance and business development
- Conduct analysis to develop strategic roadmap including near-term and long-term goals including, but not limited to, product development, site development, geographic expansion and business lines
- Work cross functionally with facilities, operations, business development, quality and other functional groups to develop product offering
Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessments to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
- Helps support requests from key clients with focuses on growing outsourced logistics wallet share and deepen overall partnership
Investment Strategy:
- Support investment analysis across cross-functional teams including 3rd parties
- Develop the process of identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic investments, partnerships, and potential acquisitions in the healthcare logistics sector.
- Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk analysis to assess the feasibility and potential returns of investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry experts.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of healthcare services.
- Work closely with operational teams to implement process improvements and optimize resource and capital allocation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with executives and department heads to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
- Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership by highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Job Specifications
- Candidates must hold a four-year bachelors degree in any field.
- Professional experience required.
- Must be able to satisfactorily pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e. drug screen and background check)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- This position is remote, but must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve inquiries and issues expeditiously and efficiently
Physical/Mental/Visual Demands
- Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks.
- Must be able to safely conduct occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs.
