As the Director – Strategic Initiatives (Profitability), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic execution and operational excellence across a fast-growing organization. This role requires a highly analytical, organized, and influential leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can translate complex data into actionable strategies. You will serve as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging, alignment, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the Global Finance and field ensuring consistent reporting globally.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by synthesizing data from HR, Finance, Operations, USD, LEAN, and external partners Globally to support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior Centralized leadership, providing insights derived from Global data analysis and market intelligence.
- Facilitate senior and mid-level meetings by preparing briefing materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation.
- Lead Profitability discussions monthly with Senior Management based on P3 profitability reporting serves as strategic product data resource
- Develops data reports to generated from Power Bi in both automated and on demand formats
- Analyze financial, operational and people data to better insights on performance and profitability of our teams and markets

- Track and report key metrics for each segment of our market
- Develop and deliver high impact presentations for Global audiences, including vendor supplier program and customer engagements.
- Prepare financial forecast/estimates and/or reports (MBRs)Globally and provide strategics analytical expertise in identifying issues and suggestions of course correction in improving efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and own Centralized National Vendor Program
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Communications, Engineering required
- Masters Degree - MBA preferred
- 8+ years in strategy and/or operations
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Strategy, or Business Operations role supporting senior executives
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills with a portfolio of executive-level presentations tailored for vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external relationships
- Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering strategic initiatives on time and within scope
- Ability to identify potential problems and propose possible solutions
