Overview
The Recorded Future integration team is looking for a Director, Integration Initiatives / Special Projects to lead a select portfolio of high-priority initiatives that sit across multiple functions, organizations, and leaders. As Mastercard and Recorded Future continue to integrate and identify new opportunities for growth, this role will bring structure, accountability, and momentum to initiatives where ownership is distributed and end-to-end outcomes require strong cross-functional orchestration.
The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, commercially minded, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. Success requires the ability to understand underlying business issues, shape recommendations, align stakeholders, drive decisions, escalate risks, and transition work into the appropriate long-term business owner once the operating model is established.
Role
In this position, you will help identify, shape, and incubate initiatives that create long-term growth for Recorded Future within Mastercard, including data strategy, commercialization approaches, product adjacency opportunities, AI-enabled offerings, and other cross-portfolio opportunities. Work with Product and Strategy teams to establish the initial roadmap and operating model before transitioning ownership into the appropriate business function.
• Lead a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the long-term success of the Mastercard and Recorded Future partnership.• Drive initiatives from initial assessment and recommendation through planning, execution, operationalization, and handoff to long-term business owners.• Create structure, accountability, and momentum in areas where ownership spans multiple organizations, leaders, or functional teams.• Partner across Product, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Legal, Engineering, Public Sector, and Integration teams to align objectives, clarify dependencies, and move work forward.• Facilitate executive decision-making by identifying risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and clear recommendations.• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, coordinating activities across stakeholder groups and helping translate strategic intent into executable plans.• Create executive-ready updates, recommendations, and progress reports that enable timely decisions and maintain visibility into priority work.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Mastercard benefits for interns generally include: 56 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time; jury duty leave; and on-site fitness facilities in some locations.

Purchase, New York: $177,000 - $284,000 USD
