Tiene la responsabilidad de crear estrategias, generar y negociar contratos y niveles de descuento con proveedores. Crear esquemas de rebates en conjunto con el negocio. Su trabajo impacta a Element y directamente a los clientes. Tiene que coordinarse con diferentes áreas como ventas y operaciones para implementar las erstrategias que tenga.

• Estrategia General Sourcing

• Reuniones con Proveedores estratégicos para el negocio

• Encargado de definir categorías indirectas

• Implementación de estrategia regional de Sourcing

• Viajes para revisión de proveedores

-Educación y Experiencia

• Deberá de ser titulado puede ser una ingeniería o una Carrera económico administrativo.
• Deberá contar con 10 años de experiencia en Strategic Sourcing además de tener puestos gerenciales o directivos
• experiencia multicultural.
• Deberá haber negociado contratos grandes (arriba de un millón de USD).

Director que reporta a USA y en línea al Director General en México. Tiene interacción con USA y CA en términos de la estrategia y alineamiento de estrategias regionales. Dichas estrategias regionales las aterriza y customiza de acuerdo con Mexico.
