Founded in 2009, we are a premier supplier of shipping software for e-commerce sites, selling to both SMB and Enterprise customers. We have 50+ team members spread across the globe with 30+ members based in Austin, Texas. What You’ll Do:

As the Director of Strategic Agency Partnerships, you will be instrumental in developing and nurturing key relationships with agency partners, empowering them to deliver top-notch shipping solutions. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you will craft strategies that expand our reach, enhance market presence, and drive revenue growth.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement standardized protocols, SLAs, and templates for agency partner engagements, ensuring consistency and predictability in our partner programs.
  • Set short- and long-term goals with performance metrics aligned to partnership and company objectives.
  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders to keep agency partners informed about our products, ensuring they effectively position and promote our solutions.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on partnership initiatives, including co-branded content, lead sharing, and event collaborations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships or channel sales, with at least 3 years in the e-commerce space.
    • Proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies in partnerships/alliances from concept to completion.
    • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, especially with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Tech Savvy:
    • Solid understanding of the e-commerce and shipping landscape.
    • Familiarity with APIs and related technologies is a plus.
  • Personality Traits:
    • A relationship builder with an entrepreneurial spirit who can spot opportunities for growth.
    • A high-energy self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.
    • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving organization.

Logistics:
