We’re looking for an experienced Director, Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow a key portfolio within the Australian superannuation industry, experience in this field is essential.

This is a highly relationship driven role, but it’s not simply about managing an existing account. Your ability to identify whitespace, expand relationships, uncover new opportunities and drive cross sell and upsell growth will be critical to your success.

You’ll become a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities and challenges and connecting those needs to Concentrix’s technology, services and transformation capabilities.

The Opportunity

As Strategic Account Manager, you will take ownership of the client relationship and growth strategy across your portfolio.

You will:

  • Grow and expand existing accounts, identifying whitespace, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full Concentrix portfolio.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, retention and increasing share of wallet.

  • Build trusted relationships across the client organisation, including C-suite and senior executives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the superannuation industry, including market trends, regulatory pressures, member expectations and business priorities.

  • Identify client challenges and translate them into compelling technology, CX, digital and managed service opportunities.

  • Lead commercial conversations and work with internal solution, technology and delivery teams to shape and close opportunities.

  • Build strong executive sponsorship and establish yourself as a trusted strategic adviser, rather than simply an account contact.

  • Proactively identify competitive, commercial and delivery risks and develop strategies to protect and grow the relationship.

  • Lead account governance and ensure strong alignment between client expectations, contractual commitments and service delivery.

  • Monitor account performance, market trends and client insights to identify opportunities for further growth.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Success, Technology, Catalyst and Practice teams to develop and deliver high-value solutions.

What We're Looking For

We’re looking for an accomplished Account Manager / Strategic Account Manager who knows how to grow an account, not simply maintain one.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience managing and expanding strategic client accounts within the Australian superannuation industry – this is essential.

  • A strong track record of cross-selling, upselling and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts.

  • Demonstrated ability to increase share of wallet and build multi-level relationships within complex organisations.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience managing revenue, pipeline and account growth targets.

  • The confidence and executive presence to engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders.

  • A consultative approach, with the ability to understand client challenges and connect them to relevant technology and business solutions.

  • Experience working with technology, managed services, BPO, CX or digital transformation solutions.

  • Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage account strategy, pipeline and forecasting.

  • The ability to collaborate across complex internal teams to develop and deliver solutions.
