Technical Skill:
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and articulate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market needs.
Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
Translate strategic objectives into detailed product requirements and user stories
Establish and manage the stakeholder forum, gather requirements from end users and manage the development plan tightly.
Product Development & Management:
Lead the entire product development lifecycle from discovery, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Work closely with technology, ops, sales, prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic importance, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Manage product roadmap and delivery.
Oversee the development process, including agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
Engage stake holders for testing, sign off and pivot according to the feedback.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Generative AI models: In depth knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), and their applications (e.g., text generation, image generation, code generation, summarization, conversational AI).
Senior Product Manager in AI products: Experience product manager who has developed AI/ML platform, capabilities and features
Bring together business use cases and develop capabilities on the platform
Senior product manager experience
Design and manage feature releases per ART framework, manage roadmap and prioritize capabilities
Collaboration & Partnership: Work with operations, product and tech to actualize development, rollout, and track adoption KPIs
Track benefits closely.
AI Ethics & Governance: Submit, own, track model approval process for use cases
Leadership & Soft Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Tight program management skills
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence, collaborate, and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, foster innovation, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
High level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and staying ahead of emerging AI trends.
Hands on experience of GEN AI application, architecture, integrations, presets, prompt engineering
Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience
Strategic professional who closely follows latest trends in own field and adapts them for application
Specific sector knowledge and proven subject matter expert within own area
Extensive commercial awareness is a necessity
Proven leadership ability in a business, client or operational role
Demonstrated experience in managing change
Ability to execute in a large matrixed organization
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred and managerial experience
