This leader understands their clientele and their need to relax and unwind from the moment they enter their sacred space. This team member takes a holistic approach to the business and ensures that all services are up to date with the latest trends, listens to what guests want as well as adhering to the brand standards and vision. They are thoughtful in their approach with their team and guests alike to help ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and calming experience while at the spa.

 

Requested Tasks

  • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable 
  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa 
  • Train, monitor, and coach the performance of spa team members 
  • Manage spa team members
  • Maintain a professional, clean, and safe spa environment for team members and guests

 

Requested Capabilities

  • Prior experience in a Spa environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent guest services experience and attitude; approachable, friendly, and professional
  • Thorough understanding of Spa offerings and packages 
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create packages and promotions as needed
