Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Solutions Development Executives to join our Digital Business team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for designing and executing the Digital Sales Engine to drive our organic growth targets across Global Industries, Global Records & Information Management (GRO) Regions, and with Alliance Partners. You will align the full power of the organisation to enable our clients to achieve their Digital objectives by driving commercial strategy, strategic deals, and pricing.
You will lead a team of Digital Commercial Sales Leaders/Specialists and Pre-Sales Specialists who are focused on delivering an optimal customer experience and exceeding digital growth targets.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:
Lead the Australia-New Zealand Digital Commercial Sales team, fostering a culture of commercial excellence and customer intimacy to drive repeatable business practices and growth.
Drive and execute the digital commercial strategy, including Go-to-Market plays, deal constructs, and pricing strategy, in collaboration with Business Leadership, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations.
Ensure coordinated execution across cross-functional internal teams, including Account, Sales, Services, Product & Engineering, and Marketing, to maximise global revenue and deliver optimal customer experience.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
Fifteen (15) or more years of relevant experience in commercial excellence, sales, and the Digital and Data industry.
Strong knowledge of developing and executing multi-year software, Software as a Service (SaaS), and hybrid services/technology deals with enterprise and/or public sector clients.
Proven ability to operate as a results-oriented, collaborative leader with exceptional executive presence, managing strategic relationships within a large, highly-matrixed global organisation.
Experience as a strategic account lead for a large and complex global organisation, managing relationships with Fortune 100 and/or public sector customers.
