Our Financial Services and Insurance field team is dedicated to delivering transformative AI/ML solutions that meet the unique needs of financial services organizations. We take a customer-centric, industry-focused approach, crafting tailored strategies that address critical industry challenges such as risk management, compliance, and innovation.
What your impact will be
As part of this team, you’ll help shape our approach to the financial services market, driving impactful solutions through client engagements, customized demos, and strategic insights. Together, we aim to build trusted partnerships by aligning our technology with client goals, anticipating industry needs, and continuously innovating to support our customers’ success in an evolving landscape.
In this role you will be:
- Developing Industry-Specific Demos: Design, test, and refine product demos that directly address banking, insurance and investment use cases, showcasing how Domino meets compliance, scalability, and security requirements crucial to each industry
- Pioneering Integrations: Identify and implement new integrations with financial services-relevant technologies, establishing field partnerships and technical solutions that enhance our product’s position within clients' existing ecosystems
- Crafting Solution Architectures: Develop IT landscape architectures that illustrate how our platform integrates into financial services environments, addressing operational workflows and compliance challenges unique to these clients
- Gathering Market Insights for Product Development: Continuously engage with customers to gather feedback, identifying feature requests and industry requirements to inform product enhancements and new offerings
- Refining Technical Messaging and Sales Plays: Work directly with sales teams to refine our messaging to technical buyers, build targeted sales plays, and develop strategies to engage the teams most likely to benefit from our platform, ensuring that our approach resonates with key financial services stakeholders

- Strategic Thinking: Capable of identifying high-impact sales opportunities, understanding industry trends, and developing technical sales strategies that align with financial services needs
- Relationship Building and Influence: Possesses the ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders, as well as the influence to drive adoption among technical buyers in financial services
- Analytical Problem Solving: Able to dissect complex problems within financial IT ecosystems, devise tailored technical solutions, and anticipate potential integration challenges
- Proven Track Record in Solution Architecture for Financial Services: Successfully designed and implemented solutions for financial services, including integration of new technologies within complex, regulated IT environments
- Hands-on AI/ML Development Experience: Has used products like Domino in the past to develop AI/ML products or statistical models, and understands the needs of model developers in the industry well enough to craft compelling demos
- Direct Client Engagement: Experience working directly with financial services clients, understanding their challenges, and shaping solutions that directly address their needs
- Technical Sales Strategy Development: Demonstrated success in developing technical sales strategies or plays that drive engagement and revenue growth in financial services or a similarly regulated industry
- Financial Services Knowledge: In-depth understanding of key financial services use cases (e.g., risk management, fraud detection, compliance), and familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., SEC, FINRA) that impact solution design
- Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, R, SAS, or other languages suitable for developing AI/ML models for FSI use cases
- Technical Architecture Design: Proficient in designing architectures that integrate AI/ML platforms within financial services IT environments, including cloud architectures, data governance, and security frameworks
- Communication and Presentation: Highly skilled at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating product value into financial terms
- Integration and Deployment Tools: Proficiency with integration tools, APIs, and relevant financial technology platforms (e.g., cloud providers like AWS or Azure, financial-specific platforms like Bloomberg)

The annual US base salary range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and wellness stipends.

$230,000—$295,000 USD
