About the Role
As the Delivery Lead – Ready StreamShare & Media Zone Portfolio, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Harman’s Ready StreamShare product line spanning both hardware and software domains. You will be responsible for scaling StreamShare from initial customer programs into a broader Media Zone portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence, profitability, and strong customer partnerships. You will lead a multidisciplinary global team including program management, hardware engineering, software engineering, and validation teams.
What You Will Do
Lead end-to-end delivery across hardware and software domains for Ready StreamShare programs, ensuring quality, cost, timing, and performance targets are achieved.
Establish and scale delivery model to expand StreamShare and future product portfolio with platform reuse and reduced complexity.
Ensure technical integrity and compliance across all programs, including system-level HW/SW integration and architecture alignment.
Define and execute portfolio governance, KPIs, reporting systems, and risk management frameworks.
Lead and develop a global organization (7–10 direct reports, 40+ people), including hiring, capability development, and succession planning.
Drive regulatory compliance, quality processes, and continuous improvement initiatives across programs.
Partner with product management to influence roadmap, productization, and platform evolution.
Lead innovation in media streaming, connectivity, and system architectures.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer Science, or related).
15+ years of experience in automotive or embedded systems delivery.
Proven experience leading global, cross-functional engineering teams and leaders.
Deep experience in HW/SW integrated systems, infotainment, or connectivity platforms.
Strong customer engagement skills with experience managing executive-level OEM relationships.
Expertise in program delivery, governance frameworks, and automotive process compliance (ASPICE).
Ability to drive organizational transformation, scalability, and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points if You Have
Master’s degree or MBA.
Experience in media streaming, multi-zone audio/video systems, or connected services.
Experience with global delivery models and distributed engineering teams.
Knowledge of product lifecycle management and platform-based development.
Strong background in both hardware and software system integration.
