You will be part of Experian's Global Decisioning team, concentrating engineering, architecture and development of unified platform solutions, new product prototyping. We ask that you have hands-on technology and engineering background and execution in Java full stack, Agentic AI & cloud technology. Experience in Decisioning, workflow definition and execution. You will be reporting to a Vice President.

  • Hands-on Technical leadership role at Director level to build offshore presence for UNIFIED PLATFORM initiative.
  • Hands-on technical leadership to India Decisioning Engineering teams and bring site leadership and support India team members for ESS Decisioning.
  • Setup & Scale Engineering teams.
  • Across multiple geographically spread teams and work collaboratively across Global & regional engineering & product te
  • Master's degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science
  • 15+ years of work experience in engineering, data science, and software development , architecrure space
  • Experience with AWS cloud Infrastructure and tools is mandatory
  • Proficient in Java full stack (Java, Python, Spark, or C++ are plusses)
  • Work on the development of complex engineering solutions with complex engineering methods.
  • Track record in modifying and applying advanced algorithms to address practical problems
  • Accomplish projects from start to finish
  • Familiarity with scripting languages and Linux / Unix environments
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology specifically SAFE
  • Expert to evaluate understand and interpret data.
  • And analysis results both verbally and in writing to technical audiences.
  • Experience in technology financial budget management and working with vendor resourcing models

Plusses:

  • Experience with risk-based authentication, digital identity recognition, and online / mobile fraud analytics with large financial organizations
  • Knowledge of natural language processing / text mining techniques and GenAI

Experience in Leadership :

Technical Proficiency:

  • Understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI, MCP Models.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud)

  • Experience with container orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Mastery of microservices architecture principles

Software Development:

  • Java Full-stack development experience
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go)
  • Understanding of software development best
  • Understanding of software quality and security best practices
  • Code review and version control (e.g., Git)

DevOps Practices:

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Automated testing strategies

Monitoring and logging tools

Security Knowledge:

Identity and access management (IAM)

Fraud detection and prevention strategies

Security best practices in cloud environments

Compliance and regulatory knowledge (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS)

Cloud Services:

Proficiency in cloud service offerings (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)

Cloud infrastructure management and optimization

Scalability and high availability considerations

Container Orchestration:

Kubernetes deployment and management

Understanding of Helm charts

Container networking and service discovery

Microservices Architecture:

Design and implement microservices

API design and management

Service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio)

Collaboration and Communication:
