Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Software Engineering to lead our AI-based Country Solutions Platform team in India. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions tailored for diverse country-specific markets. - Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, architects, and technical specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for the AI-based Country Solutions Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Interface with country solution representatives in organising the work

- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and distributed systems architecture
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling SaaS platforms or country-specific solutions with multi-region deployment capabilities
- Expert-level knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and modern software design patterns
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI/ML development
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make strategic technical decisions
